Nous avons adoré les piscines, la plage et la qualité des repas. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et reposante, parfaite pour des vacances en famille.

「Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...

「Perfect location. Easy check in. Reliable Wi-Fi in all areas of hotel. My room was comfortable, nicely decorated and cleaned everyday. The bathroom was clean and had hot water continuously. The daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to the Medina, beach, restaurants, cafes and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hammamet 」

The pool and private beach are a highlight for us as we journey each year to Asia and this is our time to relax and prepare for the onward journey home. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and Sophia in Guest Relations was wonderful in preparing for us a one-day outing to El Jim. 」
