4 minutes to zoo & 10 minutes to downtown! 2 bedroom, 3 bed home w/patio & yard

Enjoy a stay in this peaceful neighborhood close to the zoo, downtown and a freeway entry to get anywhere in town in no time. Feel free to use the home's patio and yard for a cookout and bonfire. There is free gravel parking on the premises and parking is allowed on the home's side of the street. A nearby school's track is at a 3 minute walking distance if you're interested in exercising during your stay. Brown Park's playground was renovated in 2023 and is only an 8 minute walk from the house.

Free additional firewood can be provided upon request, but you'll have to get your own meat!
