"First room assigned - thermostat, heating/cooling system non functional. No cord attached to the phone making it non operational. 2nd room assigned, no TP. The carpet was filthy and NIT vacuumed. There was all kinds of tissue globs stuck to the bathroom walls which was disgusting. (I have pictures). When I booked it was never disclosed that a $50 deposit was required (just in case I smoked - I don’t). Nor was it disclosed that there was NO daily service of fresh towels/sheets. There was NO HOT WATER the 2nd day to take a shower!!!!!!! When I asked the front desk staff about it he showed me the plumbing part that was to correct the problem. What? I’m paying for a hotel with NO hot water???? ABSURD!! The elevators and hallways were littered with debris and never vacuumed during my 4-day stay. I am advising all my friends and family to never stay in one of your pathetic hotels. Thanks for making my stay miserable!!!!!! "

"Cannot beat the price we paid. It can easily offset a few minor negatives that we experienced. Find the place and parking was breeze plus, on top of that, staffs are great. We missed the free breakfast though. As the hair dryer did not work and we could not find the steam iron, there were a few things we could not do during our stay. Nonetheless, the bed was firm (great for us) and table and chairs were good for two people to eat together. Only wish there were more AC outlets so that we could charge all gadgets simultaneously. Even it was close to main interstate, the room was very quiet to give us a good night sleep. Again, thank you very much for all of your effort!!"
