It’s really dirty, Utensils are old and yucks. I Will not recommend.

Staff were not very friendly and only did the minimum. Room was dated and needs some basic upgrades like a new door on the shower to prevent water going all over the bathroom. Neighborhood is in transition, very noisy outside late into the night most nights. Convient for travellers, good price if you need a place near the CBD with no frills.

Food was also amazing. Bus stop right out the front. Opposite Parnell Gardens and access to the bay.
