That means you can expect noise, dust, debris, and construction crews during those weekday hours. Decks are completely unusable at this time for safety reasons.

The upside? Nights and weekends are quiet, and if you're planning to be out hiking, biking, swimming, or exploring Tahoe during the day — this is your chance to score a seriously discounted stay. We’ve priced these units well below normal rates for guests who just need a comfy, convenient place to recharge between outdoor adventures.

Premium Two Bedroom #805 offers:
• 1,100 square feet completely renovated with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and living area with gas stove, washer/dryer and queen sleeper-sofa.
• The main bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, a partial divider wall and a space with bunk beds that have a full bed on the bottom and twin on top. It also has the second full bathroom. Both bedrooms have a portable AC unit.
• The living space has a wraparound sofa, chair with a queen sofa bed, television, and DVD player.
• The kitchen includes utensils, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker stove top and oven.
• The Premium Two Bedroom Condo accommodates 3 to 8 people.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking
