The listing and what we thought we booked, showed and described a 1-bedroom suite with a fireplace (with kitchen), but what we got instead was a standard hotel room with two queen beds, no fireplace, and no kitchen - the kitchen being the main reason we booked the unit, as we needed to be able to cook our meals in-house because of my daughter's chronic illness. The resort is in a remote location with few and not very good food options. The host's representative was responsive and empathetic with our situation. But there was nothing to do. We had to just take it. In the end, the 8-day trip turned into a 6-day trip when we couldn't handle being confined to a small room with a ton of luggage, and the meal situation became completely unsuitable. Very costly mistake made by the listing agency, which we ended up paying for.
