"Really nice property and in a nice location. Two issues to consider: car parking in the hotel lot is currently tight because of construction and the other is there are a lot of homeless people wandering around this area. Not particularly dangerous during the day, but I probably wouldn’t walk around alone at night."

"Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double Queen I had paid for. He then made another call and finally told the 3 of us remaining that there were no rooms left. All of us had paid reservations. It was 11pm at this point. He offered me a single King handicapped room which we had no choice but to accept and offered no refund. He had no explanation, offered no apologies and just kept repeating 'I just work here'. The hotel was absolutely filthy - dirty towels scattered in the hallway and the laundry room that was wide open left us questioning if any of our towels or sheets were clean. NEVER AGAIN. "

"This is my third time staying at the property. Everybody is fantastic from the night clerk to the woman making coffee in the mornings. Housekeeping is great. Rooms are clean and I love the showers."
