I loved every moment there. The hotel is well located and very close to Bolzano and some great castles, gardens, mountains and other spectacular places to visit. 「The front desk staff were friendly and answered all my questions and followed up on the 2 requests we had. The dining room staff were nice and on top of the buffet. The views were amazing the room had tons of space for the 4 of us, the balcony was great as was the bathroom. Only wish was to be able to lower the air conditioning a bit more but that's a cultural thing for us. A minor issue it was pretty comfortable in the room most times. We would definitely book here again no questions. The town...
