Property is nice but the area surronding it is not. Beach was unclean with garbage covering portions of it (normal for beaches with public access in the Philippines). Staff was efficient but at times too timid. They watched people violating the posted rules amd were remiss in correcting the behavior until the issue was forced. Room was well appointed (beach front superior) clean and comfortable. One of the better resorts that are in Barretto. We have no issue about going back to stay.

The hotel is clean but non of the power outlets are grounded and staff didn’t feel I was paying enough already to lend my an adapter for the night. The beach in front of the hotel desperately needs someone to take a rake and remove all the trash.

Great modern rooms. Clean & well presented. 24hr bar & pool, chill out terrace. Beach entrance. Excellent food supplied by the BBC next door (British Breakfast Cafe) Free parking & walking distance to the beaches & bars. Recommend it

Outback Hotel

Brand new, small beachfront hotel with a nice pool. Outside bar open 24/7 & good food supplied by Underground bar next door. Bar & club at the front of the premises with a pool table. Great location & stay.

New Management Required

This Hotel is rated as 3.5 star should only be 1.5 star. We booked a Superior Beach Front Room, room was very small and had no table or any where to place luggage, fridge not plugged in. No bottled water was supplied so we asked if the Hotel supplied bottled water the answer was no the we asked if they drinking water available they said yes it was available from the Bar but they did not have a container to bring water back to the room. Then we asked for a hand towel and we were supplied a bath floor towel, we told them they gave us a floor towel in lieu of hand towel the Hotel stated they did not have hand towels so they provided another bath towel. The Hotel also states that it has Free Parking. On Valentine’s Day we went out for Dinner as we went to leave a car was blocked in by another vehicle which they organized to move. earlier that the Hotel had set up a large table for thier dinner guests/visitors. When we arrived back after dinner the car parking area was full so we asked them to move vehicles which they said they would do, so we parked on the street and waited for 15 minutes but no vehicles were moved. We complained to the Manager (Patrick) about the parking and Patrick stated the parking was available on a first come first serve basis. All the parking had been used by the Hotels dinner guests/visitors, Management did not care that we were paying guests, approximately 1 hour later we were asked to more our car so there dinner guests/visitors could leave.

Out Back Hotel is a new hotel in Olongapo, very clean, great staff that is willing to assist you. 24 hour bar. bed was a little hard. No bathroom condiments, bring your own. Only bad thing was ants out on the patio pool side.
