In a quiet, sunny position, 1.4 km from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 1.7 km, grocery 850 m, restaurant 800 m, bakery 850 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Chesières - Hôtel du soleil" 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 1.3 km, thermal baths "Lavey-les-bains" 19 km. Sports harbour 25 m, golf course (18 hole) 9 km, indoor tennis centre 2.4 km, sports centre 2.4 km, mountain railway 2.2 km, gondola lift 1.7 km, ski school 2 km, ice rink 1.7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Free ski bus service to the ski region Villars.
