The place had a great location in terms of connectivity to other city neighborhoods via nearby tram and bus stops. The property is not too updated but the rooms serve the purpose well and the price paid seems very reasonable for what you get. The room had all the basic stuff needed. 「Probably recent renovated rooms are clean and confortable, and I could find no complaint about my stay. Only con would be the distance of the building with these rooms from the main hotel building where restaurant and desk are located. It takes at least a few minuites, and this may cause a trouble if someone arrives late in the evening without proper registration info.」
