Holiday Home 'Cottage' with Wi-Fi

The vacation house "AL COTTAGE" is located in the village of Vassena (hamlet of Oliveto Lario), 70 meters from the Lake, a strategic location. In the immediate vicinity there are minimarket, pharmacy, restaurant, 2 bars, bus stop to Lecco/Bellagio, ferry landing stage, boat and kayak rental.

The structure was renovated in the years 2023 and 2024.

On the ground floor we find large living room, sofa bed with TV, kitchen equipped with large and small appliances (refrigerator with small freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, kettle, toast plate, immersion blender, Nespresso Vertuo Plus coffee machine. You will find a laundry room with washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with smart TV, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, and the bathroom with shower.

Housekeeping materials, sheets and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a minimum food supply.

A PRIVATE BOX is available exclusively to guests 50 meters from the house.

Vassena is a starting point for trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts, with routes to:

- Civenna with the characteristic "big bench"

- Magreglio and the Museum of Cycling

- Bellagio with its characteristic village, the Medieval Tower, the gardens of Villa Melzi and the "Salita Serbelloni."

Bellagio is known for "Punta Spartivento: the vantage point where Lake Como splits in two.

In just 16 minutes from Bellagio by ferry you can reach the characteristic village of Varenna, with the well-known "Passeggiata degli Innamorati" and "Villa Monastero"

30 km you can reach Como, with its lakefront, the Duomo and from which by funicular railway you can reach Brunate
