「Beautiful gardens and pool area. Despite being next to the road it was very peaceful. Good selection at Breakfast. There is only one coffee machine which could lead to queues at peak times. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop 23 and for 3 euros you can get to Skiathos town and the airport. Bus can be very busy at peak times. 「Had a great time at Afissos Blu Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea. Just down the street are a number of tavernas and shops. The little village is quiet and picturesque, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of our stay was our host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating! We were gifted a jar of homemade honey before we left and felt right at home during our stay. Highly recommended! 5 stars!」

「Wardrobe had a light in which kept clicking all night keeping us awake. People outside the hotel used the pool and beach seats making it difficult to get a seat. We did not get to go around the pool. Food choice was very poor if you are a vegetarian. Had the poorest food ever in Skiathos around the pool bar - tasteless chicken and cod bites. 「This hotel was incredible. Our room was cleaned and bed made every day, they had such a clean private pool, great sun beds. I had the COLDEST, most satisfying draught beer there with a frosted glass, so amazing on these hot days. The communication with the host was very prompt. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. They also have breakfast AYCE 8am-10am for 10€, great value.」

There are quite a number of steps if you are walking from the pool or bar and restaurant area so may not be suited with those with accessibility needs.
