Two-bedroom apartment with marvelous views of the golf course is offered. It is located on the second floor of the residential complex Hoyo 17 and features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious open terrace.

The residential complex offers additional amenities such as a communal pool and extensive landscaped areas. In addition, numbered parking spaces reserved for guests are provided in the semi-basement of the building. Guests can also enjoy the paddle tennis courts at the Oliva Nova complex, subject to prior reservation.

The location is unbeatable as the apartment is only 300 meters away from the beautiful white sandy beach.
