We had a wonderful time in Olhao and in this cute apartet. We had everything we need for cooking, relaxing, cleaning and so on. Very nice sleeping room in the second etage. All in all the apartment is a place with very good energy. Thank you Martha for your help in every situation.

Olhao

Good location near bars and restaurants in the funky old part of town. The property was minimally stocked. Example: 2 towels for 2 adults for 5 days No replacement garbage bags, no ice cube trays (supplied when requested). Valve handle missing in shower. The stairs to upstair bedroom was challenging but known before we rented. The beautiful brick ceiling in the bedroom loft shed sand everyday and night. Host was very helpful with information when we arrived.

Quaint and comfortable

Everything was great. Location was beyond perfect. Property was very clean and furnished beyond what you would normally expect from a short term rental. Above all, Marta was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations for our stay. We highly recommend this place for your visit to Ohlao!

Really nice Apartment in Olhão

It really was amazing! The apartment is very nice and clean. It even has everything you need (If you wanna cook, go to the beach...). It’s very close by to the port and all the little shops where you can buy a lot of cute things! So all in all it was amazing! As well it was very easy with Ms. Sancho to communicate and she was very gentle and obliging. Thank you very much!

Olhao Fisherman's House

Our stay was hassle free. Marta was waiting to meet us on arrival, and she briefed us on the house and it's appliances etc. She also gave us some very helpful tips on restaurants, and outings etc. The house was clean tidy and decorated to a high standard. It is in a good location . It was ideal for 2 of us , but I would't want any more than 2 people staying there. I would definitely go back to Olhao and this house.

Idéal pour 2

Logement parfait pour 2 personnes dans ce joli quartier d’Olhão, à la condition toutefois d’être suffisamment en forme pour monter à l’échelle meunière le soir. Récemment rénové, très bien équipé et à 2 pas du marché et du ferry pour les îles. Avec l’accueil des portugais en prime.

Bon séjour

L'endroit est bien situé. Le rapport qualité prix est bien respecté. Le propriétaire reste disponible si besoin. Le plus pour nous Français est que le propriétaire du logement parle notre langue. Je recommanderais ce logement.

Schmuckstück mit super Lage

Also das einzig negative war: die wahrscheinlich aus Beton bestehende Matratze... Die nette Vermieterin sagte uns bei Abreise, dies sollte behoben werden... Hatten wir allerdings nichts von... Wenn man erstmal da ist würde man sich außerdem eventuell wünschen, dass das Haus über eine Dachterasse verfügen könnte. Das würde das ganze abrunden... Aber da man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist kann man darüber hinweg schauen...

Jolie petite maison où on se sent très vite chez soi

Cette petite maison est très bien située , dans le centre d’Olhão.Cela permet de profiter du beau marché, de la boulangerie, des restaurants,des ballades le long du port, sans prendre la voiture. Le quartier est calme et les voisins sympathiques et polis. Idéal pour un très bon séjour.

Très joli logement typique

Nous avons eu un merveilleux accueil, très chaleureux. Le logement est parfait pour deux personnes. Il est parfaitement équipé. Il est très bien situé, le magnifique marché est tout près, nous avons accès à beaucoup de choses , à pied. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Sehr charmantes Altstadthaus

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hat uns die stilvolle Restauration des Altbaus gefallen, kombiniert mit zeitgemäßer und kompletter Austattung. Ruhige Lage in der Altstadt, fußläufig zentrumsnah, sowie kleine Geschäfte und traditionelle Tascas in der Nähe.

Esperienza terribilmente negativa con il proprietario e consorte

Abbiamo prenotato la casa una settimana per la fine dell'anno,chiedendo poi conferma telefonica al proprietario Tomas che ci fosse il riscaldamento ( a pavimento),come scritto nelle caratteristiche che descrivono la casa. Ad aprirci la casa viene una donna che si presenta come una conoscente del proprietario e che ci mostra velocemente la casa, chiede il saldo visto che avevamo dato l'anticipo richiesto e mette in tasca un telecomando . La casa è fredda ed essendo al piano terra umida,chiediamo del riscaldamento e la signora prima fa finta di non avere sentito poi dichiara che è rotto e tirando fuori il telecomando messo in borsa, dice però c'è un condizionatore,non nella sala-cucina,ma posizionato molto in alto a fianco dove si sale nel letto. Ci accorgiamo che il letto è su un soppalco talmente basso ed è accessibile con difficoltà e a carponi , è talmente poco lo spazio che si scalda in fretta il condizionatore si spegne subito (ovviamente serve per raffreddare d'estate!). Mentre nulla arriva in sala che continua ad essere fredda e umida. La signora alle nostre richieste prima le ignora continuandoci a chiedere i soldi ,poi telefona al proprietario,ci dice che verrà il tecnico il gioco dopo,ma comunque vuole i soldi! La discussione tra il proprietario Thomas nel frattempo arrivato,noi,la donna che solo alla fine si è rivelata essere la moglie è durata quasi tre ore,in cui nessuno si è tolto il giaccone invernale! Infine stanchi abbiamo ovviamente rinunciato a rimanere in quella casa. Solo al termine mentre andavamo via il proprietario ci ha restituito i soldi dell'anticipo. In pratica i proprietari scorrettamente volevano lasciarci una settimana al freddo,portandosi via perfino il comando del condizionatore. Un atteggiamento consapevolmente scorretto emerso nella trattativa in cui Tomas ammetteva che il riscaldamento era spento e non rotto, che nelle pagine portoghesi non era più segnato, mentre c'era ancora su quello italiano.Il motivo erano i costi in inverno per lui eccessivi! Questo non giustifica l'atteggiamento scorretto dei due che ci è sembrato puntassero ai soldi e non certo all'accoglienza dell'ospite come nello spirito di Homeliday

Neu und Sauber

Sehr gute Lage, sehr zentral in der Altstadt und zu allen Geschäften und dem Hafen sowie den Bootsanlegern. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Treppe zum Schlafzimmer etwas steil für ältere Personen. Alles Top. Herzlichen Dank Tomas.

Traditionell und modern

Wir finden es sehr sinnvoll, alte Gebäude zu restaurieren und so das alte Stadtbild zu erhalten. Hier ist es eine sehr gelungene Kombination von Altem - Fassade, Fenster, Tür, altes Deckengewölbe - und moderner Ausstattung überwiegend in weiß gehalten; ein gemütliches Sofa, viel Platz für die eigenen Sachen wie z.B. in Einbauschränken, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, die steile Treppe zum Schlafbereich gut zu bewältigen, unter dem Schlafgewölbe über dem Bett ein Velux-Fenster zur Frischluftzufuhr. Aufgrund der guten Lage in der Altstadt lässt sich alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen; es ist spannend durch die vielen kleinen Gassen sich immer wieder neue Wege zu suchen, viele hübsche Plätze und Restaurants in der Nähe. Olhao ist ein guter Ort, um entspannte und abwechslungsreiche Urlaubstage zu verbringen. Der niedrige Preis entschädigt dafür, dass man am Haus keinen Draußensitzplatz oder gar eine Dachterrasse hat. Wir danken den Vermietern!

Casetta in centro storico

Appartamento bijoux in centro storico. C'è tutto quello che serve e tutto ristrutturato molto finemente. Unico problema per noi è stato il materasso durissimo. Dovevamo starci una settimana ma ce ne siamo andati 2 giorni prima perché non riuscivamo a dormire. Consigliato per max due persone.
