    The Space:

    Take in gorgeous bay and mountain views from this family-friendly Orcas Island getaway located within 10 miles of various island attractions, including Moran State Park (for hiking, fishing, and boating), the Orcas Island Historical Museum, and the Orcas Island Golf Course, while the Coho Preserve hiking trail is just 0.3 miles from home! All the restaurants, coffee shops, brewpubs, an art gallery, and a pottery studio are also within easy walking distance. Music enthusiasts can bring instruments and attend one of the various open mic nights on the island. Explore the other San Juan Islands thanks to the convenient inner island ferry system. From the privacy of your home, watch for whales, bald eagles, and other wildlife, or set off on adventures on the water from the nearby pier.



    This warm and very inviting home boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar to make it easy to brew up your morning coffee or prep elaborate, full-course meals. Dine together at the adjacent table (perfect for rainy day board games) or head out to the enclosed yard for a warm weather alfresco experience. Back inside, you'll find a comfortable living area with a TV for streaming your favorite channels into the evening.



    Additional features and amenities include a gas grill, firepit, washer/dryer, and a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms in case you need to set up your laptop and address some work while you're away. A Pack 'n Play is provided for those traveling with little ones.



    THINGS TO KNOW

    Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.

    A public boat dock is available within walking distance for a nightly fee, or you can use the assigned mooring buoy at no charge (summer months only).

    You will need to take a ferry to Orcas island unless you bring your own boat or plane. There is a place to moor your boat at the rental home.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home on Orcas Island to celebrate a birthday weekend. Its proximity to the water, the Co-op next door, and the quick drives to beautiful hikes and quaint downtown made it the perfect weekend getaway location. We loved eating meals on the back patio and drinking coffee on the front porch. The home is spacious and adorable, and the owners were quickly responsive to our needs.I recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Orcas getaway, and hope to stay here again in the future!

We lurked every day there, the non working wifi was fixed by my son in law by a complete reset, we got no external support on demand. The place, the neighborhood is unique, we loved it very much!

Great house

The house was pristine when we arrived. Absolutely everything in the house was high quality. No lumpy mattresses here! Substantial flatware. The home had everything you need and is as cute as can be. Checking in and out was a breeze. Five stars. Would stay again!
