Crane's Landing is waiting for you at this gorgeous 2-bedroom house. This fabulous property features a beautiful waterfront home just moments away from many springs and boat ramps. This property sits on over an acre of land with the Suwannee River just steps away from the front porch, your stay will be nothing short of phenomenal. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. This house sleeps up to 6 people and has all the amenities plus more to make you feel right at home!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all USED sheets, pillowcases, duvets, and throw blankets in the washer. Clean grill and utensils if used. Guests will be charged extra if cleaning crew has to clean it
If you noticed something you really liked and/or something we could have done better please leave us a personal note as well.
Make sure all outdoor games, furniture and kayaks are put away if used. Please lock the door and let Phoebe know once you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking EXCEPT for in the designated smoking area or by the firepit $200 cleaning fee for excessive dirt/ sand
Fishing off the dock is allowed as long as you have a Florida Fishing license. Fishing equipment is not provided

What a beautiful peace of property. The house was extremely clean and there was plenty to do. The home was inviting and homey. The beds were so comfortably. The coffee station was nice extra touch. I wished we had more time to stay. We will definitely book again.

This property was exceptional. Whether you are there to relax or engage in the many recreational activities this home provides a five star experience for them all. We somehow were lucky enough to be the first ones to stay and I have nothing but outstanding things to say. The attention to detail was impressive from the charging station to the coffee station. Spices, plenty of towels, dishes, etc! The property inside and out is beautiful. The home is decorated beautifully as well. Everything was so clean. Checking in and out was painless. Phoebe, the host, was fantastic too! We will absolutely be back in the near future. We came to spend the weekend at Hart springs. Highly recommend that as well!
