「Alles is nieuw en schoon」

「Staff were very helpful. Even the manager (or owner? Don’t know) came by to speak to us. Food choices limited for breakfast but did not order other meals. We asked to have the old trash removed from the washroom which was never done, causing the odor all night」

「A young man in a T-shirt and pants had been sitting in front of the room diagonally across from our hallway, looking at us. We had gone in and out a few times, but there were three people there the whole time, watching us. I felt scared, as if they were monitoring our entry and exit. When I asked the hotel staff, they said it was for personal security. I wasn't wearing clothes that suited the Five Star Hotel. Is it acceptable to have such casual personal security at a luxury hotel? I don't want...
