  • What a view! Get cozy in this one bedroom, one bath oceanfront condo. Direct boardwalk access to beach. Short walk to the pier and attractions!
    The condo is fully furnished with the comforts of home. Well appointed kitchen includes dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Linens and bath towels are provided. Queen size bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa for additional sleeping in the living area.
    Balcony provides an ocean breeze and chairs for lounging. Table also provided for outdoor dining.
    2 onsite parking spaces available and coin op laundry in the basement.

Last minute get away

I was able to reserve the property last minute for a Labor Day Weekend get-away. The process was super-easy and the property is beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing few days. Thank you.

Bed was not a queen as listed. It was a full size. Good thing the couch w chaise was comfortable. The air conditioning consisted of two floor units that hooked up to window with hoses (somewhat noisy). Carpeting was significantly stained but unit was clean other than that. There were notes to turn off A/C units if you use the microwave, hair dryer, etc. The best part of the unit was the private balcony. Our unit had upgraded balcony furniture than shown in the posting. Very comfortable. The balcony was heaven. The walk to the pier seemed daunting by the end of the week. We prefer being closer to the main activity, some may prefer being away from it. Enjoy your stay at OOB!
