  • Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Overlooking the Pier. Brand new Luxury condo, sleeps 8, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is top of the line! This spacious condo has 2 full bedrooms with decks. Ocean breeze, crashing on the pier. Place play land, beach, the night life and more. A modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Granite counter tops.

    There is also a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher in the condo.

    THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT!

    Our seven-mile long stretch of wide sandy beach is understandably the major attraction. But when visiting Old Orchard Beach there is a full range of things available to see and do in and around the Old Orchard Beach area.

    Amusements Parks
    Palace Playland - Maine's premier beachfront amusement park. Giant arcade, beautiful carousel, Kiddieland. Gondola Ferris Wheel and Galaxy Coaster. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.


    Pool: Guests can also enjoy relaxing in the common indoor heated pool overlooking the ocean, a sauna, and exercise room is also available. NO HOT TUB

    Parking: 2 spots: One on site parking, one off site parking. Please make sure your passes are hanging from your rear view mirror.
