気になった点 : 清潔度

The description is inaccurate. It is run down and in an unsafe area. The check-in instructions repeatedly said to close your door immediately behind you and lock it. As soon as we pulled up it was clear why. I was traveling alone with my 16 year old daughter for a mother daughter’s trip. Needless to say there was no way I felt comfortable staying at the property alone with her. We ended up getting a nice safe room at the Ramada about 5 miles away. Be very wary of this place! There is a reason that the picture only shows a limited view on the inside.

First, the good, the inside of our room was nice. We had two beds, a fridge, microwave, table and chairs and a tv. There was room to walk around. Now, the bad, upon arrival (after the 4pm check in time) there were trash bags lined up in front of our room. The housekeeper (Anne) was rude. The beds only had sheets and when asking housekeeper about blankets she rudely replied “well at least your room is clean”. She did bring the blankets a little later. There was a fenced in outside area (dirt floor) where the housekeeper threw the dirty blankets, sheets, and towels and she referred to it as her laundry room. She was witnessed jumping on the dirty laundry to stuff it in garbage bags to take to be cleaned. She yelled at kids in the pool telling them not to splash because it made it wet and also more water would need to be put in pool. The owner of this property should stay there for a few days without Anne knowing. I have a feeling that housekeeper wouldn’t have her job long. There is no tv service unless you use your own Netflix or something similar. One more thing, this is a “no dog property” but the housekeeper had a dog and on at least one occasion she left a bag of dog poop next to another guests stairs. The guest finally picked it up and threw it away.

The doors behind the chairs is the dirt floor “laundry” room as the housekeeper called it.
