Ideal for family vacations, the house is close to downtown Old Orchard Beach, where you`ll find great dining, arcades, and an amusement park. The home includes a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and outdoor areas to enjoy the beach breeze. There`s one central heater in the living room for most of the house, but it works very well to heat the up and downstairs. Accessibility: The cottage is not wheelchair friendly. Please be aware that there are stairs to enter the house, the doorways are narrow (typical of homes built in the 1910s), and there is no roll-in shower available. Family Considerations: The cottage is not baby or toddler-proofed. Guests with young children should exercise caution during their stay. Air Conditioning: Air conditioning is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day to ensure your comfort during the warmer months.
