My boys loved being near and in the creek. It was nice to have some seclusion. The lodge is unique and rustic. It was a great accommodation for us.」

「This is such a great place outside Moab! It's in the Spanish Valley so a bit of a drive to Moab and the parks, but this was not a problem for me. The mountains and ranch were beautiful, and it was a fantastic place for my dog. Would definitely stay again!」

「We visited with a group of seven to go offroading. We had two trucks and two trailers and the lot had plenty of room for both trucks and trailers. We had plenty of room in the house for all of us, and the house was even better than the pictures showed. We enjoyed our evenings sitting out by the fire, looking up at the La Sal Mountains in the background. Will definitely consider this house again for future stays.」

「This house was a perfect place to spend the weekend. It was clean and just as described on the listing. We had 7 adults and it was the perfect amount of space, but would have slept 10 if you had children to share the bunk beds. The outside area was a fun place to hang out and the hot tub was a nice feature as well. Definitely would recommend staying at this spot if you are going to Moab.」

「The place was wonderful. I wish i could give 4 1/2 stars. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is that both beds were extremely lumpy and the mattresses need to be replaced. Other than that we loved staying here. Close enough to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands that you could get there in 20-30 minutes but remote enough to be a nice getaway.」

「Lovely quiet spot at the end of the road with views in all directions. Uncluttered cottage with all the essentials and multi-zone cooling. Jeff was very responsive, promptly replacing a noisy motor in one of the cooling units. Located just outside the hubbub of downtown Moab. Would definitely stay there again.」

「We had a great experience staying at Teague’s. It was very clean, cozy and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We only wish we’d had more time! It is about 45 minutes outside of Moab, for those that are wondering what the commute will be like. But we didn’t mind it, it was worth it to be out of the tourist melee and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. 10/10, would stay here again.」

「We have stayed several times at RimView for our annual weekend Moab trips. We love the location and access to biking and 4x4. The view of the Rim from the backyard hot tub is amazing. We appreciate having ample space for our family and a kitchen to cook a few meals or prep lunch for the day.」

「At first glance, place looks nice until you can’t see out the windows because they are so dirty. Glass on all the tables with filthy. Towels are so rough I could get better quality at a Super 8. No blinds on the slider and large window by front door. Fell so exposed and unsafe. RIGHT on the main road and so so loud. Good thing I had ear plugs for sleeping. Amenities in the kitchen were horrible. Internet service was non-existent. Management company were nice but just “lip service”. Never fixed...
