The location was excellent and the kids loved being close to the water. The house needs a thorough cleaning. Some of the kitchen drawers almost fell out when opened and not sure if all smoke detectors were installed and working. Some railings appeared loose which worried us with small children,The property just needs a little TLC to be 5 stars,

The house was perfect for our annual family trip (8 adults and 4 kids) . There were a few "surprises" when we arrived at the house but nothing that ruined our time there...one thing to note when booking this house is that it has a spiral staircase...four bedrooms are upstairs and it may be troublesome for elderly people or children (bunk room is upstairs) to climb the staircase. There are a few things that need to be worked out, fixed, or updated in the house, but we still had a great time.
