「Location is awesome and staff is very friendly and helpful」

「On arrival, the staff advised my partner and I that there was a issue with the room that was booked and were upgraded to the Bowie room. The staff advised about about the restaurants close by. The room was well laid out. The meals we had there were very good, Saturday night and Sunday lunch there was live music. We were a short walk from the beach. 「It was very noisy. Earplugs were provided, not a good sign. The room was too small for a king size bed. The wi-fi didn’t work. We were on the top floor and the stairs were very steep.」

「Unfortunately the room smelled as if it was smoked in; and there were brown sticky stains in the kids bedroom walls which did not appear on the property photos. Staff were kind enough to offer another room; but after a short time, and only stopping to use the bathroom for the kids - ultimately we handed back the keys and forfeited our non-refundable payment in full to spend the night elsewhere.」
