Un luogo in posizione strategica, molto pulito, appartamento grande, nuovo e ben mantenuto. E' necessario avere la macchina per spostarsi, ma anche la spiaggia più vicina è piuttosto bella.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui la prima settimana di giugno con due bimbi piccoli. La struttura è accogliente e ben tenuta, con una piscina favolosa e in una posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge della zona. La spiaggia di Porto Istana è a 5 minuti di macchina ed è favolosa, anche se piccola e probabilmente molto affollata in alta stagione. Il proprietario, il signor Ulderico, è sempre presente e disponibile. L’appartamento è spazioso è dotato di ogni confort, tra cui lavatrice e lavastoviglie che semplificano molto la vacanza. Il paese, Murta Maria, si trova a 10 minuti dall’aeroporto ed è ben servito da market e ristoranti di ogni tipo. È stata una bellissima vacanza, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Besviken på alla extra avgifter som inte framgår när vi skulle boka. Lakanet och handdukar kostar extra. Poolen är stängd mellan 13,00-16,30. Vi fick bara en toalettrulle under sju dagars vistelse och fick ej städ. Man får sortera soporna själv samt att du måste tömma dessa soporna själv. Det finns inga täcken vi fick betala för två tunna lakan den ena var som under lakan och den andra som täcken. Saknade skärbräda i köket. Har försökt att prata med ägaren men han engelska var mycket begränsade precis som resten av italienarna.

Inmejorable estancia en todos los aspectos!!

Es simplemente perfecto. La limpieza es estrema que no estoy por cierto acostumbrada a verla por ahi, y viajo mucho. Las instalaciones de estreno, cama comodisima de 1,60cm. La piscina super coqueta y limpisima. Todos los utensulios que se puedan necesitar para cualquier tipo de cocina impecables. Cenar en la terraza es lo más... enfrente la urbanizacion dos restaurantes super asequibles con la mejores pizzas del alrededor!! Super, parafarmacia, desayunos... y a 2 km de la mejor playa Porto Itsana. Repetiremos, recomendaremos sin duda. El casero vive en la urbanización y está disponible para cualquier pregunta o inconveniente, super amable y servicial. Un 10 por el!!

Saubere Apartmentanlage in hübschem Ort

Wir haben uns mit 4 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, wir hatten einen Ansprechpartner für Fragen. Der kleine Balkon war schön für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Pool war schön sauber. Zum Strand war es nicht weit mit dem Auto. Im Ort gabe es viele Möglichkeiten, einzukaufen oder auch schön Essen zu gehen.

Super!!

Un appartement très agréable dans une residence avec balcon vue sur piscine. Avec chambre séparée. Tous les accessoires nécessaires et le plus : lave-linge et lave-vaisselle.

4 day stay in great apartment

Excellent apartment with lovely swimming pool. went in beginning September so nice and quiet. very friendly member of staff who was always about and working hard. Have to bring own linen and towels, soaps, washing up soap, toilet rolls. Good local bus service, handy supermarket. Not much to do in the area, a few good restaurants but a one horse town. Get feeling typical holiday area in Sardinia. Not a large beach resort. Get the bus to the town where the apartment is rather than a taxi from the airport as will only cost a few euro compared to about 40 euro in a taxi. Fair walk to the beach, most would hire car but we walked or got local bus.

Beautiful location - standard could be improved

We were disappointed at the standard of the apartment. Furnishing was very basic. Large lounge/kitchen area which could have done with a couple of soft chairs. Only furniture was the couch which could convert to a bed and a glass dining table. The balcony was a great size and overlooked the pool but again only plastic chairs and table. The recycling bins were all on the balcony and some kind of screen to hide them would have been good. The on-site caretaker was very helpful and cheerful and the grounds were maintained to a high standard. The pool loungers were good quality (no plastic) and the pool was kept very clean.

Ulderico..., todo un personaje, buen humor (aunque a veces no le entendiéramos.., literalmente, ya que solo habla italiano en su máxima expresión)y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que haga falta. Apartamento grande y muy nuevo, con arquitectura típica de la isla. Cocina bien equipada, salvo.., algo que no sé porque suele faltar en este tipo de alojamientos y a nosotros al menos, nos resulta casi indispensable.., microondas. Ducha pequeña.No hay tampoco lavadora (aunque no es imprescindible siempre viene bien), y lo digo porque en algún comentario he leído que hay. No hay wifi. Bien situado cerca de buenas playas (aunque diría que es una máxima en esta isla, que te alojes donde te alojes tendrás buenas playas muy cerca). A destacar La Cinta (a unos 15-20 minutos del hotel en coche), que aparte de larga y espectacular, puedes librarte de tener que pagar una barbaridad por el parking, ya que hay zonas libres muy cerca de ésta y, en todo caso, el parking es de los más baratos. Menaje suficiente. Piscina perfecta (aunque depende en que momento te hace "polvo" el no poder usarla (por norma) en las horas más centrales del día. En resumen, buen alojamiento y dueño muy buen tipo. A considerar antes de reservar, que hay que tener en cuenta que se te añadirá al precio 30€ a pagar en mano en el check-in, en concepto de toallas y sabanas. En resumen, buen alojamiento, muy cómodo, cerca de playas, Olbia y Aeropuerto. Recomendable 95%

Perfect trip!!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 10 days and everything was perfect!!! The apartment was brand new and the pool was very nice. Only 2km away from a beautiful beach and the restaurants near by were fantastic. I would definitely recommend these apartments however having a car is essential to get the most out of your trip to Sardinia.

Bon camp de base pour visiter la Sardaigne

L'appartement était spacieux et bien équipé, mais ne comptez pas rester sur place sans avoir à vous déplacer en voiture. Il faudra apporter vos draps, ou en louer en supplément. Le quartier est calme (mis à part les soirées musicales du bar du coin).

Apartamento con todas las comodidades

Apartamento muy nuevo y con todas las comodidades (aire acondicionado, lavadora y lavavajillas). Muy tranquilo. Bien ubicado aunque es necesario coche para moverse con facilidad por la zona. Zona piscina muy bien cuidada, con un montón de hamacas. En principio cobran por las sábanas y las toallas, pero nosotros llevábamos las nuestras y no hubo entonces ese cargo. Ulderico nos atendió muy amablemente.

Esta situado en un pueblo pequeño pero bien situado, cerca de Olbia. Tiene playa a 2 km. El apartamento bien, espacioso, lo peor el colchón. Tiene piscina que está muy bien

Il villaggio è molto carino e tranquillo Si tratta di appartamenti nuovi e molto ben arredati dotati di aria condizionata, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Molto piacevole il piccolo giardino privato con la possibilità di mangiare all'esterno. Negozi e supermercati vicini, personale molto gentile.

L' accueil est charmant, la ville est les habitants sont agréables, simplement les horaires de la piscine pourraient être étendus car pour l'après midi de 15h30 à18h00 cela fait peu surtout par forte chaleur. la vaisselle un peu limitée, 2 petites cuillères et 2 tasses de café pour 4, une petite casserole...... pour le reste les lits pas si confortables que prévus mais le concierges est accueillant alors bonnes vacances tout de même. Muy recomendable.

Es como en las fotos, todo muy nuevo, muy limpio. Ulderico es una persona excepcional, aunque no habla nada que no sea italiano, no español, no inglés, pero lo compensa con su esfuerzo en hacerse entender y con un poco de voluntad se puede. Es un apartamento muy cómodo, solo ciritacable la falta de internet, un wifi para poder estar comunicados con los amigos sería de agradecer y es algo cada día más necesario, y por otro lado el tener que abonar las sábanas como extra me parece incorrecto, debería incrementar los 11 Eur en la tarifa y listo. Por todo ello lo recomiendo para cualquiera que desea visitar esa zona de esa maravillosa isla.

Satisfactory hotel for the money..

When I first turned up at the hotel, I was told I had to pay all our villa cost.. which was not ideal as I thought Expedia had already taken the money. The man who was the only staff member spoke absolutely no English, which was difficult. You also have to pay extra for sheets for the bed and towels. The villa was ok, it was clean and had all the kitchen equipment we needed to cook. The toilet smelt the whole duration of our stay, and left a foul odour in the whole villa everytime we came home. The nearest beach is reasonably close, but not the greatest beach.. Porto istana is 2km away, but worth the trek everyday! None of the locals spoke english so we found it difficult to do anything or get anywhere. I recommend car hire which unfortunately we didnt do! The holiday was reasonably good, absolutely brilliant scenery the island is so beautiful. Just unfortunate that Olbia doesnt cater well for English tourists..
