Just 300 meters from the renowned Rena Bianca beach and 800 meters from the charming Marina di Portisco, this welcoming studio is the perfect choice for those who want to experience a holiday dedicated to the sea, relaxation and practicality. Ideal for a couple, a single traveler or a couple of friends, the accommodation is designed to offer the comfort of a hotel room with the freedom and autonomy of a private home.

Located in a quiet but strategic area, the house allows you to walk to the crystal clear sea, take a stroll among the yachts of the Marina, or organize excursions to the spectacular beaches and villages of the Costa Smeralda. The setting is relaxing, surrounded by greenery and away from traffic, but with everything you need within walking distance.

The apartment is a modern and well-furnished studio, equipped with:

In addition, the house is located a short drive from the iconic centers of the Costa Smeralda: San Pantaleo (7 minutes), Porto Rotondo (15 minutes), Porto Cervo (20 minutes), and Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (about 25 minutes).
