Beautiful and cozy apartment with terrace in Murta Maria, a stone’s throw from the most beautiful beaches of Olbia.



The apartment, located on the first floor of a residence with a swimming pool a few steps from the beach of Marina Maria, features a covered terrace with a dining area where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the majestic island of Tavolara. The living area features a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



Washing machine and air conditioning will be at guests’ disposal.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of July to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

Indeed, this area offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, with various degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers.
