"Great location but rooms were just okay. We got two rooms and one had no chair the other had no hairdryer. They were pretty good at bringing more towels but one night we requested TP (room was completely out) and it took more than two hours to get more. The hot tub was out of order. Elevators were slow and only seemed to work half of the time. The parking was complicated the valet service was good but slow. But the Location and price can’t be beat. Easy access to the street car and very walkable to all the attractions. "

"Very nice and clean room. The bathtub could definitely go for a remodel but it was still nice. Staff was very friendly. Our room was not ready when I arrived but they did waive our parking fee to compensate for that. Breakfast was just a regular hotel breakfast, waffle makers, toast, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and cereal. Coffee was terrible but everything else was pretty good. We had a great stay and loved the area. "

"I recently stayed at an Aloft Hotels property and unfortunately experienced an issue that was never resolved during my stay. When I arrived, there was no hot water in my room. I had to leave quickly for an engagement, so I wasn’t able to address it immediately. The next morning I tried again to shower and there was still no hot water. I called the front desk and was told they would email the manager, but no one followed up and no solution was offered. As a result, I ended up having to leave the hotel early without even being able to take a hot shower. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but I was disappointed that the issue wasn’t addressed or resolved during my stay. I hope management looks into this so future guests don’t have the same experience. "
