The triplex condo is in a wooded area near UCO, Integris, Mercy and OU Health with close access to I-35. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and secluded with large mature trees and a creek. It is adjacent to Kickingbird golf & pickle ball courts, Hafer Park is less than a mile away, and Arcadia Lake is only a 15 minute drive. The neighborhood pool is open during the summer months.

MAXIMUM GUESTS
Six (6) guests is the maximum number allowed at the condo.

NEIGHBORHOOD/OUTDOOR SPACE
The triplex is in a heavily wooded addition and there is a creek directly across the street in front. There is no front or back yard.

DOG FRIENDLY One (1) potty-trained dog, 50lbs or less, is allowed. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 is required. Notify Host at the time of booking if you are bringing a furry friend. No dog on furniture. Please crate if leaving unattended. There is no yard . You will need to leash your dog and take them to the green belt in front of the house to potty. Cats are NOT allowed.
