気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The lobby and bar area at the property are both very nice and receptive. The rooms leave a lot to be desired for the current pricepoint. The deal breaker for my family was upon requesting another blanket for the room, going to sleep with the provided blanket only to wake up the next morning and realize it was completely overtaken with mold and mildew. My son has a very bad allergy to both of these and is now suffering from an allergic reaction. The property offered me Marriott points as a compensation, but that's not sufficient at this time. I've requested a refund for my stay but have not yet received a response.
