The property is in a quiet residential area. The neighboring families have young children and are sensitive with noise. If you're looking for a place to party, book elsewhere. Neighbors will call the authorities and shut the party down and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

•We have a strict no party / loud music rule. There is a minimum fine of $500.
•Check-in time is 3pm (No early check-in) Late check-out may be available at an extra cost.
•No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit. Only permitted outside the house.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
•No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund)
•No Mail Delivered here (any mail will be returned to sender)
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No unplugging of the electronics like TV’s, Wi-Fi router, Cable boxes, Roku sticks etc. (Any TV’s, Wi-Fi Router, Cable boxes, Remotes, Roku Sticks taken from the house will be charged to your credit card. Up to $500)
•No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors
•No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you
•No loud noise or music past 10 pm
•A matching photo ID is required or you WILL NOT receive the check-in information and your reservation will be canceled without refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No events are allowed with outside guests. The only guests allowed must be staying at the home. Max occupancy is 10 adults and up to 12 total. As this home is in a quiet neighborhood. Guest who are found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without refund. It's an amazing home, so respect the rules and we will all have a great time!!
