the best breakfast buffet I have had in a long time! The room was great. Nice and spacious with a balcony, ocean view (all rooms face the ocean). The pools were great and its just steps to everything in American Village. Highly recommend this hotel whether you're couple or a family.

The staff here was incredible and the amenities were the same. My husband and I wished we were staying longer! This hotel was luxurious and in a perfect location close to American Village. We could not have chosen anything better.

The Hilton was fantastic. This area of Okinawa is very easy to get around. Lots of buses for getting out and around other places in Okinawa. This was an anniversary trip and I was able to work with the hotel in advance to setup the room with various decorations to surprise my wife. They went above and beyond what I had expected. The staff at the Hilton are simply fantastic. We have traveled to Okinawa before and we will again. I would 100% stay at the Hilton again. Thanks to the entire staff that helped me surprise my wife on our special day.

Great property next to the ocean. Two pools plus the adjacent Doubletree. Across the street from American town with lots of shops/restaurants. Saturday night fireworks over the water. Daily buffet is above average.

Everything was good. It was our first time and they gave us a free room upgrade. They even allowed us an early check in and gave us a fever patch upon realizing that our toddler was sick without us asking. You could ask for a thermometer from the front desk and also rent a stroller. Breakfast was also fantastic, with the attentive service staff offering me decaf coffee when she noticed I was pregnant. Overall a wonderful stay with no complaints at all. My toddler recovered promptly with some medicine and could explore American Village with us.

Great hotel- family friendly

Very nice hotel with excellent service. In the center of everything in American village including walking trails to the Chatan park and two small beaches. Great variety of food at breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My only suggestions are for stroller covers since it rains so much during the rainy season and to have the small 'diaper genie' for rooms with babies. The little diaper bucket does not contain the smell very well.

Excellent service, room, and view!

We booked two rooms (ocean view and private garden) and the ocean view on the 7th floor was fantastic. The WiFi internet was not very fast, but it was sufficient for web surfing. Thank you so much for your help, especially when there was some confusion due to a payment mistake. If I will visit American Village in the future, I would love to stay again.
