Cozy Patio Villa

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Indulge in this elegantly appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lanai home.The primary room offers a king size bed, generous closet and storage space and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a spacious closet and additional storage. With an open floor plan, partially fenced back yard and one car and golf cart garage(we do not provide a golf cart but we do offer a space to park yours if you decide to bring it along). Fully furnished and ready for your family to enjoy everything the Villages has to offer.
Our Brand New Patio Villa is located in the Village of Newell , only 2 miles away from Sawgrass/Ezell Recreation Center; 0.5 mile away from Franklin Recreation Center; 54 miles from MCO Orlando Airport, 48 miles from Disney.

Patio Villa

Host was great.Beautiful house. Looks just like the pictures.Well stocked.Only 10 mins by cart to Sawgrass Grove and Southern Oaks Championship golf course.Definitely would stay again!

Very pleased with our stay

Anna’s villa is exactly as the pictures indicate. It was clean and neat. She provided many thoughtful extras and we enjoyed the convenient location. Anna is an effective communicator and responds quickly to any questions and concerns. Checkin and out was clear and easy.

Lovely, quiet home in The Villages

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet little 2 bedroom in The Villages. The owner was easy to work with and prompt to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home, amazing host

What a great place to stay! I felt at home as soon as I walked in. Anna provided everything needed to feel at home…toothpaste and toothbrush, shampoo (loved the ducks in the guest shower!), little toiletries, and wonderful coffee. It’s a great location…near four rec centers, including Ezell and all the fun of Saw Grass. I will definitely return and recommend Anna’s house to friends.

Overall great stay!

My family & I have been coming to the villages for many years now to visit grandparents & family. We usually stay in the same place every time but we are so glad we found this place. Anna’s home was very nice and clean. Offered everything we needed. They even left a few toys for our daughter! Anna was very accommodating as we ended up arriving early and her place was open so we ended up staying a total of 14 nights. We have family who are looking to stay in the villages soon & we recommended them to stay there!
