「Séjour agréable mais pour le prix et la réputation de cet hôtel les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de rafraichissement ! Les 2 réceptionnistes sont très agréables et disponibles par contre au Spa pas très avenantes ... et je ne comprends pas pourquoi on m'a refusé une réservation de 2 soins alors qu'il n'y avait pratiquement personne lors de notre séjour. Nous reviendront quand même mais nous ne feront pas de soins 」

「Luckily for us it snowed the day before & the ski lift was open meaning we could ski to & from the apartment block. Checking in was busy, a large group had just arrived so it took 30 mins to get checked in. Long walk down to shops, restaurants etc, long walk back up many steps after.」
