"This was the accommodation we looked most forward to on our Japan trip, and it did not disappoint. It was very beautiful and cozy. Well renovated old traditional house. Spacious living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. There is all you need to cook and wash. We ordered half pension, which is highly recommended. Great local food. The breakfast you cook yourself after a easy to follow instruction. I would love to come back for more than pone night. "

"家族7人で滞在させて頂きました。駅からも近く、後から来る人、先に帰る人にも良い条件で自由に別荘気分を味わえました。びわ湖で、マリンスポーツもはじめて挑戦でき、はじめて乗るビスケットに大興奮。良い経験が、できました。また、BBQ中の急な雷雨にもテントを出して頂いたりと、スタッフの方の素早い対応助かりました。ベッドが、ソファーベッドと押し入れベッドだったので、寝る準備を始めると埃が出るのが難点。また、シャワー室、トイレにはクーラーがなく、夏場だったのもあって、湿気が…扇風機でもあれば嬉しかったです。まぁ〜そんなマイナス面を打ち消すくらい、びわ湖の景色は最高です。また、利用したいと思いました。"

"Great property! Clean, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. Only one bedroom (upstairs) has actual beds. The downstairs bedroom has Japanese style futons. The stairs to the second floor are circular and somewhat steep, a challenge for those with mobility limitations or heavy luggage. Lots of space indoors for kids to play, but none outside. "トイレと浴室が綺麗です。部屋もテラスもおしゃれで雰囲気がよかったです。前の宿泊者のものか継続的な問題かは不明ですが全体的にバーベキューの油の匂いがしました。タオルや浴室の足拭き等はないので要注意です。付近にはレストラン、コンビニはないので車以外での宿泊には事前準備が必要です。"

"家族での海水浴(長井浜海水浴場、若狭和田海水浴場）で利用しました。階段が昔ながらの急な傾斜で子供達は少し怖かったようですが、満足できるお宿でした。食器類も充実していて、調味料も置いてあったので助かりました。ドラム式洗濯機で洗濯物を乾燥までできたのは妻にとって、とても高評価だったようです。ベッドもひろびろでぐっすり寝れました。また小浜に来る機会があればまた泊まりたい宿です。ありがとうございました。"

"Best part if Japan trip. I found best way to reach hideo is through whats app. He speaks very good english. It is off beaten path. About 1hr buss ride from kyoto station.it is a beautiful scenic route.There is a buss that will take you directly there from kyoto station. Just ask information office if you feel lost.
