"Honestly the staff was great but the room is where I had the issues … the tub floor appeared very unclean , as well the fridge was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! that was honestly my biggest issue there is no way that should even be in the room I didn’t even feel comfortable getting ice which is not ok . Breakfast is definitely bare minimum a few bagels, bread and some sausage gravy an waffles only hot items . Overall the staff was great maybe a little more inspecting if possible after they are clean . Please take that fridge out of the room "

"Room was great, staff was very good, nice and pleasant. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the quality of the food at breakfast especially with how expensive breakfast was. The lady at Starbucks did her job and was very nice. Definitely will stay again."

"Tried to get a hold of someone to get an early checkin. Couldn’t get through to anyone that wasn’t AI. Came in an hour early to ask. Was told no, nothing was ready. Got back to the hotel at 9:30 pm. One room was clean, other had hair all over the bed. No one was available for housekeeping and had to change our own sheets. No offer to transfer rooms or find someone to clean it. No acknowledgment of the issue either at checkout"
