We had a miscommunication in reserving their private pool, and despite it still being available, would not allow us to reserve it without paying the fee again (thus double paying). Just not the kind of hospitality we were expecting. "

"Great staff to deal with. Prompt and caring. We stay here alot and the only constructive feedback I would give is, fill up the amenities products (eg showergel and handwash etc). I have noticed there is always very minimial in the containers provided in all my trips. Probably something the housekeeping check and top up during room clean up at after check out."

"Second time stayed here due to great location. Room is awesome, they kept it tidy and pleasant to stay. Unsure how long the elevator/lift renovation will finish but prepare to use the stairs temporarily or by conference area where the lift is located. Otherwise, stay was great."
