• This home is the smaller of two units available for rent on this property. This listing is for booking the cottage ONLY, and the adjacent 5-bedroom house – Sandpiper by the Sea – may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
o Larger groups are encouraged to book the parent/combined unit of Sandpiper by the Sea - Main House and the Guest Cottage.
o If you prefer to have both properties for your stay, please note that this option is only available during the summer because the cottage is not heated.
