Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. Perfect location and gorgeous accommodations
This unit is lovely with a great view. Immaculate condition and easy to get to everything! Beach, restaurants, shops. At the end of Marginal Way. Park the car and forget it while you are here. Hope to come back here soon and stay in this perfect location

The get away
We needed a few days away. Nice spot to unwind! Being near the ocean is always a plus! There is no shortage of restaurants in the area. Hated to leave but hope to do it again soon!

Beautiful Place!
The condo is centrally-located, is well-appointed and has everything you need. Small deck, super comfy bed, Roku tv and spectacular views of the ocean!! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Beach Condo ON the water!
We loved our stay in Ogunquit. This property is away from the village and looks out on the inlet...just perfect. Had all we needed for our stay.

Just left our car and walked to all the restaurants, shops and the beach was a minute walk across the bridge. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the tide flow in and out.

Autumn getaway
Andy is an absolute amazing host. His place is just like being at home, yet ocean side. It’s cozy, comfy, immaculate and the perfect size for two people. We will definitely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating!
