Tina and Scott are wonderful hosts and run a beautiful and friendly B&B in the best of traditions! I had a very comfortable and well appointed room, that lacked for nothing. A full and delicious breakfast is included and served from 8am to 10am every morning. An easy walk into town, the Marginal Way, or the beach with no real need to use a car while staying here. A lovely front porch for relaxing or socializing with other guests, as well as peaceful gardens throughout the property. This house was a great find!

The hosts were warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless with a comfortable bed. The continental breakfast included delicious daily freshly baked goods. We loved the front porch for relaxing and the location perfect for a walk to Perkins cove, the marginal way or beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was so bright and airy. The bed was soft for our liking but the linens were very comfortable. Nice shower. Breakfast was homemade and delicious and the hosts were very kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early as our room was ready. Location was great with a nice walk down to the beach and just a couple minute walk to Jonathan’s for buck a shuck oysters! Yum! Will definitely try to stay at this lovely inn again.

My favorite place I stayed for my entire trip around Maine. I didn't want to leave. My bedroom was fantastic and had a wonderful porch with a table and chairs I could sit out on in the morning, afternoon, and nighttime. The backyard was beautiful! My bed was very comfy as well. Shower pressure was fantastic! It was in a great location and I pretty much could walk to everything. I will be staying here again as soon as I am back in Maine.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bourne Bed and Breakfast!! The hosts were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming! The room was very charming, spotless and quiet! They put so much thought into all the little extras like a special washcloth to remove your makeup, beautifully scented soap and fluffy towels. The breakfast was phenomenal. I had a huge Greek yogurt parfait with fresh fruit and granola, a dish of fresh fruit and a coconut scone! Tina always prepares homemade baked goods that are available throughout the day and they are so delicious! We walked through the quaint town of Ogunquit to visit the cute little shops and have an ice cream. Scott suggested we venture out to Marginal Way!! What a breathtaking, scenic walk along the ocean. My photos of the Fall foliage look like postcards!!! It was a perfect, warm Fall day and we visited the Anchorage by the Sea Resort and had a delectable lunch of lobster rolls and drinks on the top patio of Surf Point 360 restaurant!! The view was spectacular, relaxing and the staff was amazing! This is a place you must visit!! Every moment of our stay in Maine was magical! Next time we vacation, we plan on visiting Perkins Cove to explore the little shops…it is a short walk from the B & B! We felt very comfortable and secure at Bourne B & B and will be returning again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Scott and Tina!! You deserve 5 stars, plus!! Jerry and Marie

Love this place. Super clean and comfortable. Room was decorated perfectly and had everything you could need. So well thought out. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Ours had a refrigerator and a smart TV. Tina and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable. Many choices for breakfast. Snacks during the day. Sometimes we had breakfast in the dining room and sometimes on the large covered porch. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Perkins Cove in one direction and Ogunquit shops in the other. Very close to Marginal Way access path. Perfect stay. We'll be back!
