"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Taverna. It was absolutely beautiful, quiet and the location on the water was ideal. It was better then the photos that we saw when booking. The elegance of the grounds and the villa were truly special. We felt like we were the only ones there! "Perfect for touring!! 1 minute to the train station! I went to Lugano Switzerland 2 days. Then 2 days walking 7 minutes to Lake Como, its historical sites and access to all of the Lake Como boat tours! Then took the train to Milano 2 days all while staying in this beautiful apartment! I’d rate all 5s but unfortunately there was a problem with one of the 3 keys to the door locks that was repaired promptly. I’d stay here again when returning. I Love Como!! Questions? "

"The hotel is very nice. Parking is very accessible and it’s near the highway. There’s a very good pizzeria across the street and a supermarket about 2’ away. If you’re using the pool you have to bring your swimming cap and your slippers. A few things surprised me though: they do not have hair conditioner and when I ask Reception they never called me back or send me anything. Also there’s no water dispenser at the gym. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and nice."

"Had a quick one-night stay here before we headed to lake como in the morning. There is a convenient shuttle service that runs from the airport to the hotel 24 hours, which was great as our flight arrived very late. We were also able to get this complimentary shuttle back to catch a train, making our travel plans go very smoothly. Clean room and hotel, would recommend!"
