The location is the ideal starting point for a variety of excursions into the beautiful natural surroundings or to one of the historic towns around Lake Maggiore. The property features a beautiful swimming pool with an integrated children’s area and a sun deck with lounge chairs. From here, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore. There is also access to the beach, which you can reach on foot. It is a public pebble beach. The comfortably furnished apartments at the residence offer everything you need for your vacation. There is an elevator; however, some apartments are accessible only via a few extra steps. Advance registration is required.
This lovely two-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed. Extra beds can be provided in the living area for two additional guests. A satellite TV is available. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a filter coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer. The apartment has a furnished terrace and offers a side view of the lake. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
