Absolutely perfect! They changed my room three times and we finally found perfection. They also gave me a kettle, hairdryer, complimentary coffee, croissant and madeleines. Very kind staff, great housekeeping and good location, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants walking distance.

Great location to explore the region. The whole staff (all women !! :-) is super helpful, good-humored and professional. We look forward to stay there again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to answer my questions and give useful information. Regarding the rooms, they were mostly clean and in good condition, however, the A/C didn't seem to work and neither did the bathroom extractor fan. The hotel is well connected, at 25 minutes walking from Downtown Arles. The free parking is very useful if you're planning on renting a car and driving to neighboring towns.
