"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Wir wurden zu Beginn freundlich begrüßt und durch die Räumlichkeiten geführt. Die Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Toilettenpapier, Espressobohnen für den Kaffeevollautomaten, Gewürzen, etc. ist sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch im Übrigen toll, noch nie haben wir in einer Unterkunft z.B. so viele scharfe Messer vorgefunden, so macht das gemeinsame Kochen noch mehr Spaß! "I never write reviews for hotels because they are all generally good, but this hotel is AWFUL. The lobby is alright, but once you go up to the other floors where you’re staying, the smell of cigarettes and weed is overwhelming. There was NO ventilation in toy without a window, so there was a portable fan that was left on. My room smelled like weed and mold. I left Garner Hotel the day I checked in to stay at another hotel nearby because the shower drain wasn’t working and the room was in a terrible condition. The manager was delusional enough to tell me the shower drain is working. NOBODY should stay here!! AVOID this hotel! Book this hotel if you’re a chain smoker and want to smell cigarettes and weed during your entire stay. "

"If you are attending anything at the Barclay Arena this hotel is essentially a five minute walk through a beautiful park to get to the venue. The hotel was newly built in October 2025 and is of concrete block construction; very minimalist look on the interior. I found the automated check-in system frustrating after a long 35 hour flight. Especially in that my booking number did not correspond with the one I had been given by a third-party company and it also did not recognize my name. Luckily a staff member was still working in the bar and was able to give me a code to print my own key card and get my room number. But be advised that you do have to do all of that yourself through a computer stand. The room I had was perfectly sufficient aside from lacking any coffee maker or tea kettle station. It also did not include a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and clean. Storage for clothing was an open concept closet with one deep drawer. Nicest addition to the room was heated flooring in the bathroom. All in all a reasonably priced, convenient safe and clean place to stay if attending any event at Barclay Arena."

"4 star hotel but hospitality and helpfulness of staff is underwhelming. Repeated issues with one of elevators during our stay which forced us to carry heavy bags down stairs to stay on schedule during checkout/departure. Reception desk didn't answer calls ( 5 mins of trying on two occasions). Some hardware (towel hooks?) missing in bathroom -hardware/screws sticking out of walls."

"The hotel location is good if your visiting Airbus. The hotel food/breakfast facilities are poor. If there is more than one person ordering food in the evening then it takes a age for your food to be ready. No fridge, water or wardrobe in your room. Only good for a couple of nights maximum. If your planning a longer stay look elsewhere. "
