「Overall we had a great time at this place. It was clean and super cool. Views from the hot tub/bar were sweet. Property itself as a whole looked well kept. 「Simply amazing experience for my kids. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness ONLY because it’s camping it’s expected to get pine tree pollen in the morning and the occasional fly that flys in the cabin especially with a 6 & 3yr old opening and closing the door. Location is out there in a very quiet neighborhood the small town of Hot Springs are resurfacing the roads so there is a little congestion from having to share 1 lane but that didn’t turn us away!! Lots of birds, wild turkey and in the valley...

「Our first glamping experience did not disappoint! The tent, kitchen, and bathroom were all great! The deck and the hot tube made the whole experience even more fun! Wade greeted us and pointed out our spot and told us about the stuff we needed to know. The spot had everything, towels, hot tub towels, tp, kitchen supplies (no stove, but there is a grill) utensils, soaps, everything! We highly recommend Evan’s Cliff for your next stay near Wind Cave, Custer and surrounding area!」

「The apartment was great - clean and comfortable. Through no fault of the owner, it is a bit of a challenge to get to and find parking due to road construction. Access will improve when the construction is done. Also be aware that there are some steep stairs to access the apartment.」

「Fantastic !! I suppose that wade should invest in a couple new mattresses for the hide a bed and the bunk bed -- but the main bedroom and bed was wonderful. Some of the outside lights did not work, but we managed. The gray water filled up after taking only 4 showers, but we were leaving anyway that day.」

「We rented this home as overflow while we were visiting family nearby. Nice home. Very clean and comfortable. 「The apartment was a nicely renovated space with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the memory foam king size bed. The kitchen had all equipment that was needed to make meals. This place is spacious and decorated very tastefully. This was our second visit to Hot Springs and if it wasn’t for all the road construction (this is a sore subject for the locals), a very cute town with a unique history.」
