「Well located and the staff is friendly」

「I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. The blankets and sheets smell of faint mold, as if they're not dried properly. There is no air flow, even with windows open. Despite it being...

「Da wir nur für eine Nacht im Hotel waren, haben wir z.B. die Wellness-Angebote gar nicht nutzen können. Ansonsten war alles prima. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Es gibt allerdings keinen Aufzug (wie beschrieben).」
