"Our stay here was nice overall. The room was clean and spacious, with a large couch, refrigerator, and microwave. We also appreciated the complimentary drink from the bar. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including bagels, cereal, eggs, bacon, coffee, and juice. The only downside was the air conditioning unit. It was quite loud, and it would shut off periodically, causing the room to become warm. Then when it turned back on, it would get very cold, which made sleeping uncomfortable throughout the night. The bed itself was fine, but the pillows were extremely soft and didn't provide much support, which left us with neck discomfort. Updating the pillows would greatly improve the overall guest experience."

"The room was clean but the bathroom door lock is backward the lock is on the outside of the door facing the room. So if you lock the door you cannot get out. The breakfast is standard with breakfast included. The bar was not stocked so if you drink you could only take shot. The pool was clean but if you can not handle cold water it not for you. If while your in the pool it was still cold you could not adapted to the temp. The elavators needs to be serviced. One was out of order and the second is going out."

"Overall the room was great! The bigger fridge and kitchenette was an added bonus. Breakfast was overall good. Only thing was that there was blood drops inside the shower curtain and the curtain by the window. Also we stayed in an accessible room and it the bathtub is dangerously slippery, so keep that in mind when booking."

"The hotel itself was lovely, the staff was excellent, check in was fast and easy, they were able to change our reservation on the fly, and help out with recommendations for dinner and things for teens to do. We had such a lovely stay. Will be coming back."
