"The rooms was spotless, the staff endlessly helpful, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The public and private baths are the perfect temperature as well. Lastly, the location that is essentially on top of Izumo-taisha - which you should absolutely visit - and local shops. 10/10 I will be staying here in the future."

"Orderly, helpful front desk personnel. All well except there was food debris in the sink and hair not removed in the bathtub causing slow flow. Had to remove it ourselves so that can take the shower with ease. Humidifier also needs some cleaning. "

"The Breakfast was really nice, but I couldn't relax and really enjoy because that particular day it was crowded and as if everybody in the hotel went to eat at the same time."

"The staff were very accommodating to my requests to ship luggage and were very helpful in determining the best method. I was treated to excellent service and will come back again. Older building so it goes with the territory that it could use some upkeep in the spa area. "

"The stay was amazing, great location and amazing onsens and saunas. The private onsens were also amazing, as well ans the morning buffet. Only a short walk/drive of about 10-15 min to Izumo Taisha as well! The surrounding area is very beautiful too, highly recommend this place!"
