CV3A: South Point A

This two-story villa offers a great room style living space with sleeper sofa, dining area, and full kitchen on the lower level as well as a screened porch, washer/dryer, and full bath with tub and shower. The upper-level bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a half bath. Other features include a sleeper sofa in the living area, wireless internet access.

Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Maximum Occupancy 4 Guests, including Children.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with sauna.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.
